Platform role
FixTree connects buyers with sellers. Sellers are responsible for the services they provide. FixTree does not guarantee outcomes and is not a party to agreements between buyers and sellers.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Bookings and payments
- Booking details (time, location, scope) must be accurate to avoid delays.
- Cancellations, rescheduling, or disputes may be subject to platform and seller policies.
Prohibited use
- Illegal activity, harassment, or fraud.
- Attempting to disrupt or damage the platform.
- Sharing another user’s personal information without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FixTree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
