1. Who we are

FixTree is operated by FixTree Corp, a stock corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. The marketplace operates in Pakistan. Our registered business address and contact details are:

2. Acceptance

By using FixTree, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Platform role

FixTree connects buyers with sellers. Sellers are responsible for the services they provide. FixTree does not guarantee outcomes and is not a party to agreements between buyers and sellers.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

5. Bookings and payments

• Booking details (time, location, scope) must be accurate to avoid delays.
• The price of a service is agreed between the buyer and the seller, and is paid directly to the seller when the job is completed. FixTree does not collect or hold payment for services booked on the platform.
• Sellers may buy an optional one month subscription plan to unlock additional platform features. Plan payments are processed by our payment partner, Safepay, and are charged in advance for the full term. A plan buys access to the stated digital features for that term — it is not a purchase of leads, bookings, visibility or earnings.
• Plans do not renew automatically. You are not charged again unless you start a new checkout yourself, and automatic renewal would apply only where it is clearly disclosed and you expressly authorise it.
• A plan is delivered electronically to the account used at checkout. Activation is normally automatic within 24 hours of Safepay confirming payment, unless a different activation time was shown before purchase.
• Booking cancellations, rescheduling, subscription cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Subscription refunds and booking cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, harassment, or fraud.
• Attempting to disrupt or damage the platform.
• Sharing another user’s personal information without permission.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You and FixTree Corp agree that the state and federal courts of Delaware, United States have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

The mandatory consumer, payment, privacy and safety laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan continue to apply to users and operations in Pakistan and prevail over this clause wherever they cannot lawfully be excluded. A user in Pakistan may bring a claim before an appropriate Pakistani court, consumer forum, tribunal or regulator wherever applicable law gives that right, and is never required to use a Delaware forum instead.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FixTree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
